Sushi and rice ball forming machine - Labor saving, double function
In Japanese culinary culture, onigiri and sushi are not only traditional dishes but also symbols of sophistication and precision. To reproduce the consistent quality of Japanese chefs, while meeting the needs of large-scale production, the Japanese-made X6 onigiri and sushi forming machine was born as an optimal solution for modern F&B businesses.
The rice ball forming machine uses a 4-way rice extrusion method, simulating the manual method of Japanese chefs. Thanks to that, each onigiri or sushi ball created has a uniform, firm shape without losing the natural fluffiness of the rice grains.
In particular, the exclusive double-layer structure prevents the rice from cooling or drying out even when the machine is temporarily off, ensuring that the quality of the rice balls always meets service standards.
The main parts are made of 304 stainless steel, which is rust-resistant, has a sturdy structure and is easy to clean.
The rice tank is coated with high-quality Dupont Teflon, limiting rice sticking, helping to operate smoothly and save cleaning time after each shift.
The system also integrates an LED warning light, notifying the operator when it is necessary to add rice to the tank - a small but useful detail in the industrial kitchen environment.

This performance meets the needs of Japanese restaurants, convenience store chains, canteens, as well as industrial catering units.
With AC220〜240V, 50Hz power source - power consumption of only 60W, the rice ball forming machine is both energy-saving and ensures stable operation. Compact size W30 × D55 × H68 (cm) and weight 30kg, the device can be easily arranged in many different kitchen spaces, including areas with limited space. This is an ideal choice for Japanese restaurants, eateries or supermarkets that want to optimize performance without taking up too much space.
The rice maker supports a variety of mold options to meet many culinary styles:
