Instead of a conventional motor, the MASTER-440T high-speed meat slicer uses an advanced AC Servo motor. This not only saves significant energy but also provides absolute precision (tolerance of only 0.1mm), ensuring perfect quantitative control and minimizing material waste.

To avoid cross-contamination, the machines are designed in a modular format, easily integrated into continuous production lines. This design greatly supports a one-way process: raw materials move from the pre-processing area to the processing and packaging area (clean area) without intersection, ensuring the integrity of the finished product.

With the upgraded SFO-300A multi-blade slicing machine featuring a rear conveyor for material discharge, the sliced ​​meat is automatically transported by the conveyor to the tray packing area without human intervention, preventing bacterial re-contamination.

The device utilizes high-grade 304/316 stainless steel with a high-gloss surface for the entire frame and contact parts. This ensures no toxin leaching, absolute rust resistance, and resistance to industrial cleaning chemicals.

Unlike other saws on the market with easily peeling powder-coated casings, the SB-1650NT bone cutting machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel. The sliding table design and rounded corners make cleaning bone debris easy, ensuring a consistently shiny and sterile surface.

Industrial machinery always carries the risk of accidents. Therefore, this product incorporates multi-point safety sensors, an emergency stop button, and an intelligent protective cage. The machine will automatically shut off upon detecting unsafe operation, maximizing the protection of factory personnel.

The SMC-SUPER32 industrial meat grinder will immediately shut off the power if it detects the protective cover being opened or any unsafe operation at the hopper opening. The control box is also waterproof to prevent the risk of short circuits in humid environments.
